We had a great time at this place, the staff was super, and we were happy to have Netflix available.

Super staff, marvellous location. A microwave, an electric kettle and refrigerators for cooking. A nice size room provided with Netflix.

its rooms were spacious and fabulous, with netflix. during the stay everything was very comfortable and i got ironing as a compliment.

The pictures accurately represented the rooms and facilities. I appreciated the cleanliness of the studio, especially the great shower. The inclusion of a fridge and microwave was very handy. The staff at Nelsonstays Self-Contained Studios were exceptional, providing clear and prompt communication. The door codes worked flawlessly, and I found the contactless 'key' instruction to be convenient. The studio was surprisingly quiet, and the automatic lighting was responsive without being intrusive. I couldn't have asked for a better stay.

The location is very convenient, especially for those who need to park outside. The studio facilities are spacious, clean, and well-equipped with a fridge, microwave, and closet. The bathroom is great, with a wonderful shower. it's a pleasant stay.

The cleanliness of the room was not up to par. It's unfair to charge for something we didn't do.

The room was beautifully decorated and had lots of little details that made it feel fabulous. The bathrooms were also gorgeous and I loved the body wash provided. The location of the apartment was great, very close to the university and parking was really good. It was also nice to have a kitchenette with a microwave and a fridge.

There were a few things that I didn't like. The bed was comfy until you got to the zip connecting the two beds, which was a bit uncomfortable.

This place was a great home base for exploring the area, with a peaceful setting and easy access to the town center, theaters, and attractions like Alton Towers.

Easy-to-operate shower. Quiet surroundings. Sensitive automatic lighting. Comfortable, big room. Small, well-equipped kitchen. Big TV with Netflix. Good location, close to city center and shopping. Comfy beds. Freshly decorated. Accurate pictures. Easy walk to town and restaurants/bars.

Our stay at the apartments was a pleasant surprise. The exterior may not have been impressive, but the interior was freshly decorated and well maintained. The pictures of the rooms and facilities were accurate, and the rooms themselves were lovely. Communication with the seller/landlord was excellent, and they were quick to resolve any issues. Another plus was the convenient location, with just a 5-minute walk to the town center and some great restaurants and bars.

One specific situation that we experienced was a mix-up with the check-in details. However, the staff quickly corrected the mistake, even though it was a Bank Holiday.
